Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

*4 night minimum over Spring Break & major holiday weeks (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day), as well as during high season: 5/15-through Labor Day Weekend

Weeknights = Sunday-Thursday

Weekend Nights = Friday & Saturday

Cleaning Fee of $325 per stay, Santa Cruz County occupancy tax of 14% & $30.00 damage protection waiver fee added to each booking (for major damage), $500 security deposit hold required to insure our home is well taken care of (smoking indoors, bringing pets & exceeding guest limit are all automatic forfeitures of security deposit and grounds for immediate eviction without refund)

Your security deposit hold will be released within 5 days of departure, after our home & linens have been inspected by our housekeepers. If there are any deductions, you will be notified promptly.

Regretfully, we must enforce a strict NO PETS ALLOWED policy, this includes service & emotional support animals, due to host's severe allergies

NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN OR AROUND UNIT,  INLUDING INDOORS, DECK, CATWALK AND FRONT DOOR.  If you must smoke/vape, please do so on the beach or out front, at least 50 feet away from the front door and our neighbors units.
